Tumpa Bithy
Senior Program Assistant
Tumpa Bithy is a senior program assistant with the Economic Law and Policy Program at IISD, with expertise in administration and research assistance.
Before joining IISD, Tumpa held positions at Concentrix Ltd as a technical support advisor and as a teaching and research assistant at the University of Manitoba.
Tumpa holds a Bachelor of Arts and a course-based Master of Arts in philosophy from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. She also has a thesis-based master’s degree in philosophy specializing in the philosophy of language from the University of Manitoba.
She is based out of Ottawa, Canada, and speaks English, Bengali, and intermediate French.
