Julien Grollier
Senior Project Manager
Julien Grollier is a senior project manager, PMO with IISD’s Economic Law and Policy program. Based in France, he brings over 12 years of experience in project management and institutional structuration at sustainable development NGOs.
Prior to joining IISD, Julien worked in France, Germany, and the United States in various project management capacities. At CUTS International, he spearheaded the establishment of a unified project management framework, established organization-wide systems, led IT transformation initiatives, and coordinated online communities of practice in various countries.
Julien holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in languages and international affairs from the University of La Rochelle, France.
He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish and has an intermediate knowledge of German and Portuguese.
