In the world of science, brevity can often prove difficult. With so much research, process and results to distill into reports (and with a need to always be accurate and comprehensive), we scientists can admit that we often come across as a little wordy.
It is for that reason that for the whole month of July 2017, we are inviting everyone on Twitter to ask anything they would like about us, our work, fresh water, limnology and more.
We will answer, of course, but are limited to 140 characters only.
Do you think we can manage it? Well, tweet us and find out.
Starting July 1, 2017, tweet us a questions using the hashtag #ELA140, and we will respond to one question a day, in 140 characters or fewer.
We are looking forward to hearing from you, and will see you on Twitter...
