The symposium is on Thursday Sept 22 and Friday Sept. 23 and includes presentations made by Steve Ashton, Manitoba Minister of Water Stewardship, David Forbes, Saskatchewan Minister of Environment and the Honourable Lloyd Axworthy, President of the University of Winnipeg and former federal Foreign Affairs Minister.
